One of the &#8216;Festival Extras&#8217; is free pre-concert lobby performances and for the  <strong><a title="NCF Concerts" href="http://www.newcreationsfestival.com/concerts.asp" target="_self">Azul</a> </strong>concert on<strong> Thursday February 25th</strong>, Tapestry will be entertaining audience members with three 5-minute <em>Opera Briefs</em>.</p>
